Wolf Terrace

A Hub for Community Fitness

With multiple locations, Wolf Terrace offers a friendly community atmosphere. Prioritizing stretching, recovery, and functional movements, it's an ideal daily workout spot. The added bonus? A designated play area for your furry friends.

BOXJAB

Mixed Reviews on Boxing and Weights

While BOXJAB's Roma Norte location is convenient, the constant switch between boxing and weights, along with improvised moves, left me wanting more. The competitive atmosphere, driven by heart monitor displays, wasn't my cup of tea.

BALA Roma

The Boxing Haven

BALA Roma takes the top spot for boxing workouts. Conveniently located with ample parking, dog-friendly spaces, and top-notch facilities, this gym offers fun and challenging workouts. Regardless of language barriers, clear instructions and visuals make it accessible to all.

Smart Fit

A Pass on Overcrowded Spaces

Smart Fit's overcrowded locations and lack of amenities, coupled with a challenging fingerprint activation system for foreigners, left me unimpressed. Basic facilities and the absence of luxuries like saunas made it a no-go for me.

Siclo

Cardio Bunny's Paradise or Nightmare?

Despite high recommendations, Siclo's nonstop sprint-focused cycling class didn't quite meet expectations. While the STAGES bikes and lush surroundings were appealing, the relentless pace may not be for everyone.

Sport City Reforma

A Solo Workout Haven

Ideal for solo workouts, Sport City Reforma inside a tall office building on Reforma boasts a vast locker room, attentive staff, and trainers available for guidance. The view of Reforma is stunning, and the well-maintained equipment enhances the overall experience.

Rode Cycle

A Love-Hate Relationship

Despite being my favorite cycle studio initially, Rode Cycle left me feeling unwelcome and awkward. The diverse workout options, including sprints, climbs, and choreography, couldn't outweigh the uncomfortable atmosphere, ultimately preventing my return.

In this guide, I share my personal experiences with various gyms in Mexico City, offering insights to help you choose the best fit for your fitness journey.
